When is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is available between 3 pm and 8 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. For later check-in times please call ahead.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes! We allow 2 well-behaved dogs (no cats). We do ask that you keep them off the furniture and that you clean up after them.

Are sheets/pillowcases/towels provided?

Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. We also provide a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

Is there beach access?

Yes! We are located in Wareham, only 0.4 miles from Swifts Beach (about a 7 minute walk). Our rental comes with a guest beach pass for your car for the duration of your stay, or you can walk to the beach with our beach cart.

Is there wifi available?

Yes, we offer free wifi. The password will be made available when you arrive.

Is there laundry on-site?

We are working on updating our laundry area to be able to offer a washer and dryer to guests in the future.

Is a deposit required to book a suite?

Yes, we require a $300 deposit to confirm booking for any of our suites. Your deposit will be refunded promptly upon inspection of the property. We don't want your deposit, we want your repeat business!

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment through check, Paypal, or credit card (3% convenience fee for credit cards).

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least one week (7 days) before arrival receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made within one week of arrival forfeit booking fees if we are unable to otherwise fill the rental (your deposit will be returned). Exceptions can be made for weather-related cancellations but are not guaranteed.

Do you offer any long-term rental rates?

Yes! We offer monthly pricing from October through May. Contact us for more details.
